OUR POLICIES:
USA: Allow 7-10 days for shipping, although we usually get the order out right away. We continue to use and support USPS; realize this means regular mail delivery service time frames apply. If you’d like your order tracked or expedited shipping, please contact us and we can use an alternate delivery method for an additional charge.
INTERNATIONAL: IF YOU ARE AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER YOU MUST SELECT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OR WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE YOUR ORDER WILL GET TO YOU.
Shipping to South Africa, Asia and Australia: Please allow 2-3 weeks unless you’d like to pay extra for expedited shipping.
Return Policy: We have a 14 day return policy, assuming there is no wear of the item. We will gladly refund the cost of the item, but cannot refund shipping costs.
